With flanging, the edge of a container or tank base is bent step by step to produce a uniform flange. Our flanging systems consist of a drive unit, a portable tool and exchangeable tool inserts. The sheet metal thickness and the desired flange height are the main factors to be taken into account when choosing a flanging system. We offer four basic tools for the flanging of vessels. They cater for a sheet metal thickness of between 2 and 15 mm and flange heights from 10 to 50 mm, depending on the vessel diameter and the thickness of the material.
